Returns Policy

Returns for exchange, or full refund are accepted providing the following conditions are met:

  • Returns are made within 20 days of purchase

  • A copy of the packing slip, or other proof of purchase is supplied with the returned item(s)

  • Branding has not been fixed to the item(s)

  • Product must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged, preferably in its original packaging

  • Swing tickets must remain attached to clothing

  • Please use the address label for returns which will be included with the packaging received

Size or Style Exchange

Where an exchange of size or style is required, we recommend you place an order online for a replacement garment and email us to notify a return is underway.

Non-Returnable Product

Some items cannot be returned for exchange because they are sourced from overseas, or for other reasons as stated.

Please check the description for each item carefully before committing to purchase.

Damaged or Incorrectly Supplied Product

Check all product received against your order. If any item is damaged or incorrectly supplied, please take the following action:

  • Note the details of any damage or error in supply on the delivery documentation

  • Inform us of the issue by phone or e-mail on receipt of your delivery

  • Return the item(s) within 14 days of informing us the products are damaged or have been incorrectly supplied

Shipping & Delivery

Cost

  • A flat rate of $7.50 is charged to deliver orders within New Zealand

Delivery Times

  • Normally, orders will arrive within 5 business days from purchase of order

  • Made-to-order items and product sourced from overseas will have a longer delivery time – approximately 10 business days

  • Branded items will take a further 10 business days

Other Delivery Information

  • Orders are shipped via NZ Post courier services

  • We are unable to ship to PO Boxes

International Shipping

  • We do not deliver outside New Zealand or ship to freight forwarders
